i am anti-censorship and anti-harassment. just because i have a particular group on my DNI does not inherently mean that i am condemning every individual in that group, especially when it comes to online discourse shenanigans. my DNI is my own, personal boundaries, not an indicator of what i think is moral/amoral/etc.
*clarification for the proship thing : in my opinion, taboo relationships / topics have their places to be explored in fiction. HOWEVER i am personally repulsed by topics such as incest and pedophilia, and i am extremely uncomfortable with SOME of the proship community's habit of treating it like fluffy, harmless romance instead of actual abuse / predation. additionally i just often find shipping language distasteful / inadequate for describing these kinds of dynamics.
these people can do whatever they want, preferably away from me, although i will sometimes complain about popular 'proships' in fandoms i'm in
